Lex Arbitri is an independent publishing house dedicated to academic and practice-oriented works in the fields of international arbitration and investment arbitration.
Its mission is to promote high-level scholarship and rigorous analysis while remaining attentive to the practical needs of arbitration practitioners. Lex Arbitri publishes works in both French and English, reflecting the truly international nature of arbitration.
Lex Arbitri’s ambition is to build a catalogue devoted to French international arbitration law as well as to comparative and transnational perspectives, fostering dialogue between legal systems, state courts, arbitral tribunals, and scholars worldwide. Through this editorial project, Lex Arbitri seeks to contribute to the development, clarification, and wider dissemination of international arbitration law.
